RETURN POLICY for IKEA® Items

All sales are final and non-refundable. Any refund(s) given will be made by the sole discretion of ModerNash. In the event that any product you have received from ModerNash is damaged or found to have latent manufacturing defects (excluding purchases made from our IKEA-esque furniture list), we will gladly return the item(s) WITHIN 30 DAYS of the sale (or 30 days from the date of payment) and replace the damaged piece(s) for new ones. If only one or a few pieces within a package are damaged, please only return the pieces that need replacement, not the entire product. All damaged items must be returned to ModerNash within 30 days of sale in order to receive this service free of charge. Damaged or defective items that are not returned to ModerNash within the 30 day period are considered sold as-is and will not be returned without being subject to a return fee of up to 29% of the cost of the item(s). Upon receipt of the damaged item(s) ModerNash will replace the damaged or defective product on their next scheduled trip to IKEA®. If for any reason the damaged or defective piece(s) is/are unattainable at IKEA®, ModerNash will make direct contact via telephone to notify you of the situation and present further options. ModerNash presently averages one trip per month to Ikea® and will be unable to replace any damaged or defective product(s) until the next scheduled delivery date. Return Policy for IKEA-Esque Furniture

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can contact ModerNash and have your furniture returned. Please remember shipping damages or manufacturer defects do not warrant the return of furniture. Damaged furniture will be replaced, repaired, and dealt with accordingly to ensure you are satisfied with your purchase.

If your furniture arrives damaged, it is very important to note any damages to the furniture as well as any damage to the boxes on the BOL (bill of lading) or shipping documentation. If the furniture is clearly damaged beyond repair, you as the customer should refuse that piece of the shipment. It is not necessary that the entire shipment should be refused all together, only the damaged pieces. Your claim must be presented in writing along with pictures within 7 days of receiving shipment. ModerNash will produce a shipping claim and proceed to replace or repair the damaged furniture. You must get in contact with ModerNash Furniture Supply so that we can mitigate with the shipping company. Your furniture will be either repaired or replaced at no cost to you at the discretion of ModerNash. Once you have contacted ModerNash in regards to the damage, ModerNash will send documentation which details the claim procedure and possible solutions. You must contact ModerNash with your return request within 4 days from the date you receive your furniture. To get your Manufacturer's Return Authorization Number, you must contact ModerNash Furniture Supply with your request. No returns will be accepted without a Manufacturer's Return Authorization Number. WFB will require a Return Authorization number from the manufacturer in order to arrange pickup and shipping to the manufacturer. You, the customer, are responsible for Return Shipping Fees which are not the same cost as your original shipping charge. Return Shipping Fees are estimated at 15 - 25% of the purchase price. The actual charge will be deducted from your refund. You will receive your refund after the shipment is received in new condition and in good order.

If you decide to return your furniture, a 20% restocking fee will apply for all returned merchandise, plus actual shipping charges to receive the product from the manufacturer, plus all shipping charges to return the furniture to the manufacturer.

Further, if authorization to return your furniture is granted, the entire purchase must be in the original packaging and in the manufacturers' original new condition. In the event that an item is returned in damaged condition following a return, additional charges for repairs will apply - so please be sure it is very well packaged and handled with care.

OUT-OF-STOCK POLICY

If any product ordered through ModerNash is out of stock and payment for product and services had been received, ModerNash will seek to pick-up the out of stock merchandise on their next scheduled trip to IKEA®. If the product(s) continue(s) to be out-of-stock, after 90 days ModerNash will issue a refund in the form of credit or check for the product(s) and applicable shipping/service charge(s) associated with the transaction. If any product ordered through ModerNash is out of stock and payment for product and services has not been received, ModerNash will continue to acquire the product for a period of 60 days. If the product is found to be in-stock within 60 days, ModerNash will ship the item(s) unless contact is made via email or telephone to cancel the order five business days prior to shipping. If contact has not been made five business days prior to shipping and the product is shipped, customer will be liable for all product and shipping costs associated wtih the order.
