1. Question: How do I find IKEA’s ® product article numbers for the items I want?
Answer:

On IKEA's ® website, go to the product page of the item you want and first make sure you have designated the correct color and size of the item you’re looking for. Once the color and size (if applicable) have been designated, scroll to the bottom of the page and underneath the paragraph titled “product description and measurements” click on the link labeled "package measurements and weight" which is displayed in blue.

Once opened you will see the product’s article number(s) located at the top of each piece needed to make the item you desire as well as the measurements and weights listed in inches and pounds followed by centimeters and kilograms. (Note: The article numbers listed in centimeters and kilograms are duplicates of the ones listed in inches and pounds; also please notice that some article numbers require multiple quantities.) Once you have the appropriate article number(s) and quantities simply copy and paste them into your Wish List order form at ModerNash.com in the designated area using the following format: 123456789 (2), 987654321 (4), 543216789.

2. Question: What do I do if my furniture is damaged once I take it out of the box?
Answer:

No need to fret, we will return the damaged piece(s) on our next trip to IKEA® and exchange them for new ones at no additional cost to you. If you realize your furniture is damaged please call us immediately so we can remedy the situation and get new parts for you asap. For more details check out our Return/Out-of-Stock Policy.

3. Question: Are your shipping rates different for large purchases?
Answer: Yes. For purchases over $1500 in product we provide a discounted shipping rate. To get an estimate simply go to our Pricing Page and use our handy calculator to see how much you can save!
4. Question: How do I find out when your next trip to IKEA® will be?
Answer: Subscribe to our email list and we will send you an email letting you know right then and also keep you updated on future trips.
5. Question: What are my pick-up and delivery options once my furniture is in Nashville?
Answer:

You can pick-up your furniture from our convenient warehouse location or we can deliver to your door for an additional Home Delivery fee.

6. Question: When do I pay for my furniture?
Answer:

Payment is due upon receipt at the time you pick-up your furniture or upon delivery. (If you chose our Home Delivery option and would like to pay with a credit card please inform us of this before your furniture is delivered.)

7. Question: What forms of payment does ModerNash accept?
Answer:

We accept cash, check, credit and Paypal.

8. Question: What happens if my furniture is out-of-stock once you get to IKEA®?
Answer:
