What do I do if my furniture is damaged once I take it out of the box?

No need to fret, we will return the damaged piece(s) on our next trip to IKEA® and exchange them for new ones at no additional cost to you. If you realize your furniture is damaged please call us immediately so we can remedy the situation and get new parts for you asap. For more details check out our policies.

Are your shipping rates different for large purchases?

Yes. ModerNash uses a custom shipping rate scale that incorporates automatic discounts for large orders. The more you buy, the cheaper our shipping percentage is. To get an estimate simply go to our pricing page and use our handy calculator to see how much you can save!

What are my pick-up and delivery options once my furniture is in Nashville?

You can pick-up your furniture from our convenient store location or we can deliver to your door for an additional Home Delivery fee. For an estimate on your home delivery cost, check out our pricing page.

We accept Visa, MasterCard, and American Express. We also accept cash or check for in-store purchases only.

What happens if my furniture is out-of-stock once you get to IKEA®?

If any part of an order is out-of-stock ModerNash will pick those items up on our next trip to IKEA® unless the customer requests to cancel that part of the order. For further info about out-of-stock items please see our policies.
